PARENTS: Need a quick way to get the word out you are looking for daycare? 

 Join the Facebook group Child Care in Stevens County where providers of family child care and child care centers located in Stevens County can list their openings, parents can post their daycare needs, and individuals who would like to provide care for one unrelated family can post their availability. Posts about babysitting needs or availability are welcome too!

                                     


~Age Group Definitions for Family Child Care~  

  • Newborn- less than 6 weeks old
  • Infant- at least 6 weeks old but less than 12 months old
  • Toddler- at least 12 months old but less than 24 months old
  • Preschooler- at least 24 months old up to school age                      
  • School age- at least 5 years of age but is younger than 11 years of age
