Supporting County infrastructure
The Stevens County Information Technology Department was formed in 2007 (with two employees) and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and troubleshooting for all county data infrastructure, networking, software and hardware support as well as planning for future projects and systems implementations.

Areas of responsibility:

Troubleshooting, Repairs and Maintenance
Software support
Webpage updates/Social Media (Facebook)
Hardware Replacement Schedule (Installation, Deployment)
Recycling Schedule (Re-Use as often as possible)
Voice over IP Telephone System and Support.
Keycards, Closed Circuit Camera System, Electronic Building Security
Cabling/Wiring
Cell Phone Management
Patriot E911 Support
Staff Computer Training
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
In addition to supporting all of the technology needs of the Courthouse, IT also supports Stevens Traverse Grant Public Health and the Stevens County Highway Department.
