Re-zoning changes require Planning Commission review/recommendation and the approval of the County Board. Zone District changes require a Zoning Ordinance and map amendment.

First, determine the zoning district your property is located in by checking the County zoning map or calling the Planning & Zoning Office at (320) 208-6558. Next, look up the permitted uses for your zoning district in the Stevens County Zoning Ordinance (click on link below).
