Senior Services

Overview

The Stevens County Senior Programs Coordinator is available to help connect seniors in the community with the programs and services they need. Our coordinator meets with individuals, families, and caregivers about Senior Living Options, Medicare counseling and enrollment, Senior Nutrition programs, and other community services or resources that are applicable. The coordinator is available to help with application/forms assistance and can help to coordinate referrals to other community programs.

Senior Linkage Line

The Senior LinkAge Line® is the Minnesota Board on Aging’s free statewide information and assistance service. The Senior LinkAge Line® service is provided by six Area Agencies on Aging that cover all 87 counties of Minnesota and helps callers connect to local services.

The Senior LinkAge Line® helps to simplify the complex issues and decisions you face every day as a senior, Baby Boomer, Medicare beneficiary, caregiver or someone trying to reduce prescription drug costs.
